LungoLivigno

In the heart of Livigno, the “Little Tibet” of Lombardy in the Italian Alps, the LungoLivigno hotel group, run by the Giacomelli family, combines alpine authenticity with contemporary comfort. What began in 1962 with the traditional Hotel Concordia has evolved over the decades into a small yet refined portfolio: the elegant Lac Salin Spa & Mountain Resort, the modern Montivas Lodge, the Concordia, and the sustainable Curt di Clement Eco Mobility Hotel in nearby Tirano together form a unique world of alpine hospitality.

Each property has its own character: the Lac Salin impresses with a 1,200-square-metre Alpine Spa and its in-house herbal apothecary, where ancient knowledge of alpine healing plants is translated into modern treatments. The Hotel Concordia brings fine dining, design suites, and urban vibrancy right into the centre of Livigno. The Montivas Lodge appeals to sporty and environmentally conscious travellers seeking a simple and sustainable basecamp. With the Curt di Clement, the family has transformed a 500-year-old townhouse in Tirano into an innovative Eco Mobility Hotel – a refuge for mindful travellers who value sustainability, regional authenticity, and slow travel.

Cuisine plays a central role. Chef Andrea Fugnanesi, born in 1995 and winner of Top Chef Italia 2017, is responsible for no fewer than six restaurants at Lac Salin and Concordia. His ambition: authentic dishes that unite tradition and creativity. With the Stua da Legn, he opened Livigno’s first vegetarian-vegan fine dining restaurant – complemented by venues that offer modern interpretations of classic alpine cuisine, such as the fondue restaurant. Altogether, guests of the group can choose from six culinary destinations, each guaranteeing indulgence at the highest level.

With LungoLivigno, a holistic experience of nature, gastronomy, and wellness comes to life – showcasing the pristine mountain landscape and special lifestyle of the Livigno region, carried forward by the Giacomelli family, who have been living alpine hospitality for over sixty years.
